蘋果蛋糕
看到一個蘋果蛋糕的食譜，
想想家裡的確還有幾個放了一陣子都已經不脆了的老蘋果，
決定來試試看。
材料
一顆半小蘋果
蛋兩顆
奶油 70g
牛奶 100ml
原味優格 100ml
中筋麵粉 140ml
白砂糖 100ml
紅糖 2 teaspoon
泡打粉 1 1/4 teaspoon
鹽巴 1/4 teaspoon
肉桂粉少許
作法
1. 蘋果切成小塊，加入兩匙紅糖，中火慢慢煮，分次加入肉桂粉。
2. 將奶油融化，加入砂糖打發，再依序加入蛋（一次一粒）
3. 麵粉跟 baking powder 分次篩入，最後加鹽。
4. 煮好的蘋果放涼一點，跟牛奶、優格一起放入果汁機。
打好的蘋果漿
5. 把打好的蘋果漿倒入麵糊裡。
6. 烤盤刷上奶油。
7. 烤箱預熱 150℃。
進烤箱前
烤 30min.，再以 180℃ 烤 15min.
（可以用筷子戳戳看蛋糕熟了沒，熟了就不會沾黏任何麵粉液）。
烤好了～～
倒出來時有一邊缺角了，嗚嗚，可是顏色還是很漂亮。

製作後心得
真的是蠻簡單的蛋糕，吃起來很濕潤柔軟，又不會很甜，很好吃！
（喜歡吃甜的人要多加點糖喔～）
我想蘋果丁下次可以加多一點，肉桂粉也可以再多一點。
還有要多忍一下再把蛋糕從模子倒出來，缺角缺得我好心痛。

Brokeback Mountain 斷背山
網路上有篇影評說很多人看完斷背山會有如下症狀：
speechless, completely drained, crying out of control,
waking up crying in the middle of night,
feeling being punched at the coredevastating,
continue to think about this movies days after, etc.
我想我也是其中一員了。
從兩個小時前便嚷著要寫電影心得，打開網頁，
winamp 唱起 A love that will never grow old，
靜下心企圖任情緒自指尖流入鍵盤中，卻不知不覺的哭了起來。
EmmyLou Harris 沉沉的嗓音自喇叭流洩，
Jack 跟 Ennis 的故事也一如月光下的小溪般，
清澈的、潺潺的、毫不止息的在我腦中流過。
這真的不是一部同性戀電影。It's about love, lies and truth.
情慾初始，在山裡牧羊的那個夏天所呈現的，
是那麼純粹、那麼乾淨、那麼自然的歡愉，美得讓人心痛。
故事中段，兩人開始面對現實世界、開始妥協，
開始一次又一次被社會價值觀的巨輪粉碎自我。
於是乎 Jack 的夢永遠只是著夢，
希望在沒有熟人的地方和 Ennis 合開一個牧場終老，
卻只能一年幾次在斷背山彼此的擁抱中獲得短暫的救贖，
一次又一次，一次又一次......
"How do I quit you?"
Ennis 只能無語相對。
美得讓人心碎。
我還是止不住眼淚。

整部電影，與其說是電影不如說是一首詩，
所有的畫面、運鏡都是滿滿的味道，讓人無法割捨。
Heath Ledger 跟 Jake Gyllenhaal 的表現讓人窒息，
尤其是 Heath Ledger，每個眼神每個動作都是戲，
很難讓人相信演員本身其實只有二十五六歲。
真的是一部很棒的電影，雖然因為濃厚的西部腔，
加上 Heath Ledger 刻意呈現的說話方式，
讓我在電影前十來分鐘聽得很辛苦（我想也漏掉很多東西），
但仍是有許多許多場景不需言語就讓人渾身酥麻。
我很想再去電影院看第二次、第三次......
